Q: Do you support automotive-grade development deliverables such as FMEA, CP and control plans?
A: Yes. Delivered in accordance with IATF 16949 processes: a complete documentation package including DFMEA/PFMEA, Control Plan (CP), Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and GP12 Early Containment.
Q: Can you provide a full set of export certifications and technical documentation?
A: We can provide certificates such as CE, ETL, CB and KC, as well as test reports, Declarations of Conformity (DoC), Bills of Materials (BOM), drawings and 3C certification (where applicable), to meet customs clearance requirements and customer system audits.
Q: Do you provide sample testing support?
A: Yes. We offer:
• Free samples: 1–2 prototype units for the first batch for functional verification (subject to signing an NDA)
• Paid samples: 3–5 units for vehicle integration testing and certification
• Prototype deposit: Can be offset against subsequent bulk order payments
