Q: What are the payment terms and credit periods?
A: The standard terms are 30% prepayment plus 70% prior to dispatch. Long-term customers with good credit ratings may apply for a 60–90-day monthly settlement credit period. Specific terms can be negotiated and finalised during commercial discussions based on the depth of the partnership.
